The entire project is tracked through our custom Filemaker Pro database, which follows the job from the initial quote to the printing of the shipper. Traceable items include time, purchase orders, bill of materials, customer communications, as well as the necessary ISO 9001:2000 forms including timelines.

Powering the Engineering Department are 6 seats of I-Deas, and 5 seats of Unigraphics.

For Toolpath generation we use 6 seats of Machining Strategist, and 2 seats of PowerMill.

For CAD and CAM shop floor support we have 9 seats of MasterCam, and 1 seat of Cimatron, also aiding in communication between engineering and the shop, enabling us to get closer to becoming a paperless company.

Our mold filling analysis software by C-Mold helps our customers and engineers decide gate locations and other critical decisions before going past the point of no return during the mold design process.
